Production and delivery
Custom patch production and shipping estimates are confirmed with your quote. A requested timeline in the quote form is not a guaranteed dispatch or delivery date.
Shipping charges
Available destinations and shipping rates are shown at checkout for store products when a shipping method has been configured. Custom order shipping is confirmed in the agreed quote.
Check your order
Please check artwork, dimensions, backing and quantities before approving production. Contact the studio promptly if you notice an error or need to discuss a change.
Problems with a delivery
If a product arrives damaged or differs from agreed specifications, contact the studio with your order reference, a description and clear photographs. Return or replacement arrangements are reviewed with the order details.
