HELPFUL INFORMATION
Privacy policy
Information about enquiries, artwork and shopping with Patch Studio.
The information you share
When you request a quote, we receive the name, email address, optional contact details, project specifications and artwork you submit. Orders and accounts are handled through this website’s WooCommerce checkout and account tools.
How information is used
Information is used to review requirements, respond to enquiries, fulfil agreed orders and provide account support. Artwork is stored privately and is available to authorized site administrators and, where submitted while signed in, the account that submitted it.
Cookies and saved products
Account and cart features use cookies to support sign-in and shopping. The saved-products feature stores product IDs in your browser on this device. Payment providers and any additional analytics tools may have their own privacy practices.
Your information requests
Contact the studio to request access to or correction of your information or to ask about deletion. Some order information may need to be kept for business records. Do not upload artwork you do not have permission to share.
