EMBROIDERED PATCHES

Dimensional thread brings logos, bold lettering and classic badge designs to life. Start with your artwork and choose a shape, border and backing that suit your next project.
THOUGHTFULLY MADE
Thread adds character
Use clear lettering and defined shapes for a strong embroidered finish. Very small text or fine gradients may be better suited to woven or printed patches.

A FEW HELPFUL ANSWERS
Your questions, covered.
What is a custom patch?+
A custom patch turns your artwork into a fabric, thread, leather or molded badge. It can be attached to clothing, bags, hats and other suitable surfaces.
Which patch type should I choose?+
Embroidered patches have a textured thread finish. Woven patches suit fine detail, PVC offers a dimensional rubber-like look, and leather gives a clean, understated finish. Share your artwork for a recommendation.
Can I request a custom quantity?+
Yes. Enter the quantity you need in the quote form. Minimums and production options depend on your design, material and finish and will be confirmed in your quote.
Do I see artwork before production?+
The quote workflow is designed to review artwork and specifications before a production order is agreed. Confirm the proof and approval process with the team when you receive your quote.
